Course bookings- Terms & Conditions

• PAYMENT: full payment is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed with Joy Sturgess.
• CANCELLATION & REFUNDS: If you cancel a place on a course giving at least 2 days notice you will be entitled to a full refund. If you cancel a place within 2 days of the course date no refund will be given except at the discretion of Joy Sturgess.
• If Joy Sturgess cancels the course due to unforeseeable circumstances, a full refund will be given.
• LACK OF TAKE UP- If the minumim number of participants for a course to run is not reached, Joy Sturgess reserves the right to cancel the course and set new dates. In these circumstances you will receive a full refund.
